Minced meat with pumpkin and beans (or chickpeas)
For tarts, dumplings, patties and casseroles, we gladly use minced meat stuffing. It is worth enriching it with vegetables - they will add vitamins, color and flavor. And let's not forget about aromatic herbs. Our minced meat stuffing tastes delicious and can be the basis of many interesting dishes. The recipe was prepared by our chef.
Ingredients: Serves: 6-8 people
- 200 g of ground beef and pork
- 1 red onion
- 200 g of pumpkin
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 can of chickpeas or beans
- 1 can of sliced tomatoes
- 150 g of fresh spinach
- 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Roman cumin grated in a mortar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons of chili
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp.Garlic granulated
- 1 teaspoon Cumin, grated in a mortar
- 1 tablespoon Sweet pepper
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- Black pepper grated in a mortar
- Sea salt

Fry the meat and remove from the pan. In the same pan, fry the diced onion, add the diced pumpkin and fry for a few minutes. Add the diced zucchini and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, spices, chickpeas (or beans) and then stew, covered, for several minutes. Finally, add lemon juice, coriander and spinach, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
