Spanish garlic soup with bacon
Spanish garlic soup with bread, egg and bacon is nutritious and easy to prepare. If you come back from a long walk when you're cold, such a warming soup will instantly get everyone on their feet. Garlic strengthens immunity and gives the soup a distinct flavor.
Ingredients Serving: 4-6
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of smoked bacon in thin slices
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8-10 slices of stale bread
- 1 liter of broth (prepared in advance)
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons.Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Hot pepper
- Black pepper
- Sea salt

Fry the bacon together with chopped garlic in olive oil.
Add bread, peppers, fry together for about 2 minutes, pour the broth, cook for about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add raw eggs, mix. Before serving, add the parsley.
