Baked trout in bacon
Trout baked in bacon is an interesting proposition for lovers of freshwater fish. Before you start cooking, however, sprinkle the trout with salt and pepper and set aside for 30 minutes in a cool place. Everything else will only take you 15 minutes! Stuff the fish with a lemon slice, garlic, parsley and granulated onion, wrap in two slices of bacon and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
Ingredients:
- 2 trout weighing about 300 g each (cleaned)
- 1/2 lemon
- clove of garlic
- 4 slices of bacon
- oil 1 teaspoon
- Granulated onion
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
In the fish, make several cuts with a knife on each side.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper - set aside in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Put lemon slices, a halved garlic clove and a teaspoon of Kamis parsley and a pinch of Kamis granulated onion inside the fish.
Wrap each fish with two slices of bacon and brush with olive oil.
Grill 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
