Chili con carne
Ingredients:
- 300 ground beef
- oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 teaspoons Mexican Spice Mix
- Oregano
- 3 tomatoes, skinless
- Red pepper
- Jalapeño (optional)
- canned red beans
- 100 ml beef broth or light beer (preferably Mexican)
- 1 small packet of sour cream
- a bunch of fresh cilantro
