Components


     White cabbage
     1 piece

     egg
     2 pcs

     wheat flour
     1.5 tsp

     Ground white pepper
     0.5 tsp

     Oil
     6 tbsp

     Dried onion
     2 tbsp

     Classic bread crumbs
     3 tbsp

     seasoning for dishes
     1 tsp

Steps to proceed


Step 1:
Get all the ingredients ready.


Step 2:
Cut the cabbage into pieces, boil it in salted water, drain it, grind it in a food processor and drain it.


Step 3:
Add eggs, onion, Kucharek spice, flour and pepper. Mix until smooth. Form cutlets, roll in a bun and fry in oil until golden brown.


Step 4:
Serve with potatoes.
