Spinach with sun-dried tomatoes
It only takes a few moments to prepare spinach. Short-fried with aromatic spices, it is delicious and healthy. It can be a great addition to your dinner. It also works well as a stuffing for rolls or casseroles.
Ingredients Serves: 4 people
- 600 g of frozen spinach leaves or 2 packs of fresh spinach
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons Sun dried tomatoes with garlic, and basil
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
A method of preparing: 5 min Preparation time - 5 min Cooking time
Fry the diced onion in butter. Add spinach and mix.
Add dried tomatoes with garlic and basil and stew for 3-4 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, let cool. Cooking
