Spinach Salad
Ingredients For: 4 people
- 200 g of baby spinach
- 1 onion
- pinch of sugar
- 250 g Parma Ham
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- Sea salt
- 2 teaspoons of dill
Wash the spinach, put it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain it thoroughly.
Cut the boiled eggs into slices, the onion into rings and the ham into thin strips.
Put the prepared ingredients on plates, sprinkle with dill and pepper.
Mix the vinegar with sour cream, salt and sugar, pour the sauce over the salad.
