Smoked salmon roulade

Preparation time: 30 minutes Number of servings: 1 - 2

Ingredients:

  • smoked salmon slices
  • 1 slice homogenized cheese
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese
  • 1 tsp cream 18 percent
  • 1 tsp dill1/2 tsp
  • Italian nuts 2/3 tsp
  • Ground white pepper
  • Primacy 1/2 tsp
  • lemon 3 thin half-plasters
  • chive 1 tsp

A method of preparing:

  • Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
  • Step 2: Mix the cheese with rokpol, cream, nuts and a pinch of white pepper.
  • Step 3 - Add the dill, mix it and spread it on the fluffy mass and roll it into a roll.
  • Step 4: Put a lettuce leaf on a plate, place the roulade on it, garnish with a fan of lemon wedges and a string of chives.
  • Step 5: Serve with a fresh baguette.
