Rice with cream

Ingredients For: 2 people

  • 200 g of rice
  • 100 g of sugar
  • salt
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 300 ml cream 30%
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Vanilla stick
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Boil the milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar, butter and a pinch of salt.

Add the rice and simmer until all the milk is absorbed.

Put the rice into a ring-shaped form, greased with butter and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

When it cools down, put on a round dish, pour the cream whipped with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla inside.

The whole thing can still be garnished with preserves.
