Noodles with ham
Ingredients For: 4 people
- 400 g of ribbon noodles
- 5 tablespoons of butter

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sour cream

Boil the pasta in salted water so that it is not too soft. Put in the oven, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Dice the rest of the butter and place on the pasta. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes seasoned with herbs. Drain, pour cold water. Dice the ham. Peel and chop the onion.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the onion until golden brown. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Mix the pasta with the onion and ham, put into a dish. Beat the eggs with cream, a teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the pasta.
