Nasi goreng - Indonesian fried rice

- 200 g of long grain rice
- 150 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small onion 100 g chicken breast (you can use tofu)
- 3 large eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic flakes
- 2 peppers Hot pepper
- piri piri
- 1 teaspoon ground Roman cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
To serve:
- Chopped chives
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Hot sauce

Cooking time Cook the rice according to the recipe on the package (you can prepare it the day before). Cut the beans into 3 parts, thin the carrots and dice the onion. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with a little oil.
Fry it as if it were an omelette, but tear it apart to make small pieces, remove from the pan and set aside. In a large skillet in oil, fry the onions, carrots and beans. Add crushed piri piri and garlic flakes. Add small diced chicken, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, omelette, other spices, soy sauce mixed with honey and fry for 2 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives, topped with your favorite hot sauce, additionally add a few slices of tomato or cucumber next to it.
