Horseradish cream with crispy bacon chips
Ingredients :
- chicken broth 1.5 l
- potatoes 3 pcs
- freshly grated horseradish 1 stalk
- cream 30% 100 ml

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Step 2: Cut the potatoes into small uneven pieces - we will mix them.
Step 3: Peel the horseradish and grate it (on the sharply serrated side). Boil the broth and add allspice, bay leaf and potatoes. Cook everything until the potatoes are soft. Season the soup to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add horseradish. Cook over low heat for a while. Remove the allspice and bay leaves. After a while, mix the whole thing with a hand blender to a smooth cream, adding cream while mixing - finally rub it through a fine sieve to make our cream very velvety.
Step 4: Put the bacon slices on the sheets of a paper towel and put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds on the highest power.
Step 5: Sprinkle the prepared chips on our velvety cream - serve with crispy whole-grain toast.
