Components For: 4 people
- 40 g of butter 250 g
- of loose cooked rice
- salt
- 2 onions
- egg
- frying oil
- 125 g of ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
In a saucepan, heat the butter, add the finely chopped onion, minced meat and colored garlic.
Fry everything, stirring all the time.
Add the rice and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes while mixing.
Season with salt to taste.
Put everything in a bowl.
In the hot oil, from the beaten egg, fry a thin "pancake", cool it and cut into thin strips.
Garnish the fried rice with pancake strips.
