Beef steakburgers with garlic and tomato butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 rolls or small baguettes
  • 4 sirloin steaks, each approx. 4 cm thick
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced into flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Bush-hammered pepper with coriander
  • arugula lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • cucumber sliced
  • red onion, sliced
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • butter
  • Dried tomatoes with garlic and basil
  • Sea salt

Rub the steaks with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Transfer the garlic and rosemary and marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, mix the butter with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil, season with salt. Remove garlic from steaks and grill. Grill each side for approx. 4 minutes. The finished steak, put on a plate, cover with aluminum foil and leave for about 4 - 5 minutes to absorb the juice. Cut the buns in half and bake them on a hot grill.

Season the steaks with hammered black pepper, coriander and sea salt. To cut into slices.

Remove the baked roll from the heat and spread with tomato butter. Put the rocket and sliced steak on it. Put the cheese, slices of tomato, cucumber and red onion on top of the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve right away.
