Asian style flounder with lemon pepper
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh flounder
- a few sprigs of fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon
- a pinch of lemon pepper
- a pinch Ground ginger
- a pinch of chili
- a pinch of dill
- a pinch Sea salt
Clean, wash and dry the flounder.
Peel the garlic and press it through the press.
Add lemon pepper, chili, ginger and dill to the oil. Mix it all together with the garlic and season to taste with freshly ground sea salt.
Rub the flounder on both sides with the herbal mixture.
Put the fish on the grill rack and grill for several minutes on each side.
Before serving, sprinkle the flounder with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh coriander.
