Tanzania Kilimanjaro
Description
Tanzania is a place where many great coffees are produced, but those from around Kilimanjaro are considered the best. The picturesque settlement of Mbeya lies at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level. and it stretches along a narrow valley surrounded by a bowl of high mountains. Coffee came here from nearby Ethiopia, initially used by wild tribes as a stimulant. Today it is cultivated by local people and has excellent conditions for growth. Warm summer, heavy rains, bright winter, volcanic soil. The bushes are irrigated by the crystalline water of the mountain streams, which is later used in the purification process.
The coffee we offer is of very high quality AA beans. This designation guarantees the taste of carefully selected beans with a regular shape and above-average size.
Its characteristic features are moderate but noticeable acidity and a multi-dimensional aroma, which can be distinguished by earthy notes and tobacco. Its full flavor is reminiscent of vanilla and chocolate. The beans are obtained by the wet-soak method and subjected to natural fermentation, then dried in full sun for 10 days.
