We are the only distributor of this tea in Ireland.
Teas from Georgia have a long tradition and were very rare for a long time. We are therefore all the more pleased to be able to offer this specialty. Tea has been grown and produced in Georgia since the middle of the 18th century. Chinese tea plants are the basis of cultivation. Our quality comes from wild growing tea bushes.
The leaf structure looks matt black, long and wiry with a few tips. The infused leaves are sweet and bread-like, the brass-colored cup, full-bodied, spicy with a fine fruity note.A blend of black teas straight from the Caucasus Mountains. Strong flavor and deep color of the infusion.
It has an interesting, noticeable sweetness, which is why it tastes great with milk. Its pleasant aroma pampers the senses. It is a classic from the world of black teas that will warm you up and stimulate you to act. It tastes delicious with breakfast as well as for an afternoon break from duties. It is perfect for a ceremonial brewing in a samovar. BOP marking means small, broken leaves (Broken Orange Pekoe).
Brew:
- 4-5g / 250ml of water, boiling water
- And brewing 2-3 minutes; 2nd infusion 6-8 minutes
- One-time brewing for 5-6 minutes also gives good taste results.
