Description

Coffee El Salvador Santa

El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America, but the coffee from there has always stayed in the hearts of tasters. Santa Ana, in turn, is the commercial and industrial center of this country. It is located north of the Santa Ana volcano, famous for its excellent coffee roasters. Growers from this region help finance railways and ports to facilitate the transport of their products.

The grains mature relatively long here, which translates into their rich taste. They are characterized by a complex acidity and floral aroma. The base consists of vanilla and sweet caramel flavors. Spices emerge from the background. Mild body, nutty finish. Grains obtained by the traditional wet method.

A brief history of coffee - how did it all start?

Do you reach for a cup of hot black coffee early in the morning and try to collect your thoughts for the next day? You probably don't wonder how it happened that the mug of this unusual drink can now steam in your hands. Learn the history of coffee and get inspired by it the next morning - this drink has more magic than you might have imagined ...

A belief in magic and myths is rooted in us almost as deeply as our love of coffee. The history of coffee could not exist without beliefs and beliefs about how it first ended up in human hands. The most popular story is about Kaldi, an Ethiopian shepherd who long, long ago (presumably in the 9th century) watched his goats carelessly wander through green pastures, resting and nibbling on the grass. Kaldi engaged himself in the same activities, but suddenly his watchful eye saw the goat, which was behaving quite differently - over-aroused, energetic. The clever Kaldi quickly realized that the goat had eaten red fruit from a nearby bush, and since he was curious by nature, he decided to try it as well. The surge of energy made him share his discovery with his fellow men - and this is how our adventure with coffee began.
