Description
Coffee Ecuador Altura
High-quality specialty coffee from high-lying Ecuadorian plantations. It is a country famous for the cultivation of bananas and cocoa beans, but it can boast of coffee with a balanced taste and good quality. Green areas and specific climate turned out to be very kind to the coffee tree. Ecuador Altura coffee comes from high-altitude plantations (over 1300m above sea level), which translates into its taste.
In the morning, the fruit of the coffee tree is harvested and then processed using the traditional wet method. In water, they are extruded with plaques, releasing the husk of the coffee tree. Later they are left in special fermentation tanks. After this process, the coffee dries in the sun, and this entire processing cycle allows the production of very high-quality coffee with a complex taste. And this is what Ecuador Altura is like - delicate and rich in taste at the same time. Its moderate acidity brings out the fruity tones of peach, and what deserves special attention is its delicious caramel and nutty tones combined with spice. It is a coffee that stands out from the rest with its perfect body.
The Altura designation indicates cultivation on high-altitude plantations.

Well, one dark night, Archangel Gabriel had an idea to treat the sick and exhausted Muhammad with an unusual drink - he gave him coffee. In just moments, Muhammad regained his full strength, and without delay, he killed forty strong men, after which he made forty women happy. It had to be some kind of coffee ...
