Coffee Peru Chanchamayo HB
Description
Coffee Peru Chanchamayo HB
Chanchamayo is a province overgrown with greenery located in the heart of Peru.
It is there, at the foot of the Andes, where coffee is grown, which thanks to its taste and quality has won a special place among coffees from this country. The fruit of the coffee tree ripens here in the shade at high altitudes. The ripening process is slow, the essential oils of the beans have time to develop their full flavor potential. 100% organic farms are the most numerous in this region. The hand-picked beans were wet-treated and sun-dried.
Coffee grown by the Indians is characterized by a light body and low acidity. The aroma of real, artisanal coffee delights with its intensity. The light taste of chocolate and caramel goes hand in hand with the excellent strength of the infusion. Thanks to the citrus notes, it is good to reach for it on hot days. It will give you vigor in action and thinking. Medium bodysuit. Nutty finish.
HB- Hard Beans stands for hard beans from great heights.
