Description

Coffee Ethiopia Mocca 100% Arabica

Mocca is a strong coffee that grows in the home of the coffee tree. It is cultivated in the spirit of a long tradition in the fertile farmlands of the Kaffa region, which once covered the rainforests. Mocca, like most coffees from here, has ideal conditions for growth, so there is no need to improve it in any way. The name "mocha" comes from the port of Mokka in Yemen, from where coffee was once shipped to various corners.

Ethiopians say that you should drink 3 cups of coffee a day - the first strong, the second weaker and the third relaxing.

A characteristic feature of Mocca coffee is a very intense aroma and a deep taste with a sweet accent. These qualities made it steal the hearts of coffee lovers and was considered a classic. It is sometimes described as the most chocolatey coffee. Sweetness envelops the senses accompanied by a floral aroma, characteristic of this species. It surprises with a wine accent, it is perfect when brewed in Turkish.

Second wave of coffee and Pumpkin Spice Latte

In the early 1970s. coffee chains began to emerge. The first Starbucks opens in Seattle on March 30, 1971. We don't have to drink coffee at home anymore. The popular network systematically expands to the entire United States, and then to Europe. Like mushrooms after the rain, imitators appear in metropolises. In the history of coffee it is the so-called second wave. Standards are regulated. Coffee is bought en masse. In the streets from Los Angeles to London, we see people with take-out paper cups.

Coffee is not only a product, it is also a way of spending time. Being in cafes is a lifestyle, not just satisfying the need for a caffeine kick. However, the first violin is played by large enterprises that popularize coffee as their product. Guided by the maximization of profits, we drink not only espresso but also various other coffee drinks such as Pumpkin Spice Latte. We, as consumers, know more, but we also drink what they give us.
