Chickpea stew with pepper and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 chickpeas
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of chili
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • good quality chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Chickpea-Stew

Pour finely chopped onion into a pot for hot oil. When they are soft, add the diced paprika. After gently frying, add chopped tomatoes, a can of chickpeas and our spices (except coriander and chili). Stew, covered, for about 30 minutes, over low heat, stirring occasionally. At the end of stewing, add the coriander and half a teaspoon of chili.

QUICK CHILI PRALINES

Melt good quality dark chocolate with cocoa content over 60% in a bowl placed over a pot of boiling water, with the addition of 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Add a teaspoon of chili to the chocolate. Pour the mass into a silicone ice mold and cool it in the fridge. Finished pralines can be sprinkled with cocoa with a bit of chili.
